Usage of User ID and Passwords
The customer shall play an important role in preventing online fraud. The customer should be careful not to divulge his User Id, Passwords, or Both to anybody knowingly or accidentally. The customer should also not provide or facilitate unauthorised use of the User ID and Passwords provided to him for Internet Banking.

The customer shall immediately notify Commercial Bank Of Iraq in writing, delivering via e-mail, registered post or courier, if the customer forgets or becomes aware of loss of / unauthorised or potential / threatened loss of/ unauthorised use of User ID, Login Password / Transaction Password. The customer will be solely responsible and liable for such transactions that might have occurred prior to Bank disabling the services to the customer.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will Commercial Bank Of Iraq be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, within the customary practices, unless such failure is caused by negligence, omission, or breach on the part of the bank. In all events, such damages are confined to actual damages incurred only.
